Wollfin Wave by richardcgreen Wollfin Wave by richardcgreen
This piece started life as a wave study...and ended as a wolf
study. Golly, if I look at things long enough...( I know, they
'begin to stare back at me!') they start to turn into other
things. Does that mean I'm schizophrenic?

Thanks Tricia - I guess I shouldn't treat THAT mental illness so lightly. It's being facetious. But, I rarely feel alone! And that's gotta count for something.
Thanks for the comments ... always nice talking..

This is really powerful. I love the colors, and the movement to the entire piece. Did you photoshop any of this?

Hi BB - Anytime I click on Mixed Media, it's been into Photoshop. Generally, I start with
a W/C painting. If it doesn't click - stand on it's own, and this piece really does! You
haven't seen it, as I haven't posted it and don't know if I ever will - I run it through
PS. In this case, I look for eyes (ALWAYS, FIRST!) and use the dodge/burn tools to bring
'them out,' Then I added a ship (wreck) procured from stock, usually Google Images has a
lot of stuff. And the colors a not much like the original -and that's ok. That should
answer your question.
Best always and THANKS! Dick Green
