Purgatory (Creek in Eden Prairie)...and it appears that the Don's
Tilting Days are numbered, even tho the horizon looks rather
tempting. This is the latest painting in a series subtitled The End of
a Long Winter or PAINTING WHERE I LIVE.
It is an ambitious work which challenged my patience to their
utmost limits. I DON'T ENJOY DOING SO MUCH DETAIL...

I love the colour scheme and tones
interest is my 2011-2012 quest to place 'stories'
in the area where I live. This lake (Staring) is like
Walden for me...a place of peace and escape.
