This Summer, I've been reading a book entitled MINDFULNESS for Dummies.
It's about being with the present moment, leaving our thoughts alone, whether they be negative
thoughts about past failures, future events, etc etc and, in meditation: FOCUS ON OUR BREATHING.
Getting into a habit of meditation is not so easy as it seems. I've been trying for 15 minutes
per day. It's quite amazing how our thoughts roll on and on...Just...breathe.
