in which I fantasize on Global Climate Change. On a more specific note: I had a chat with one of my
very favorite artists on dA the other day ~ Cloxboy ~ about the use of the Displacement Filter in Photoshop.

This example, posted here, is about as good as I have been able to get at the use of this filter, which, if
you've ever tried it, requires an agile and sober mind to begin to understand. The rock fencing seen
in his face is photo number one, taken at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum. And the second image is
a face I created in Poser 5, years ago. I really wish I could have used a real face in the process. Anyway,
this is the type of thing the displacement filter can achieve ~ I'm sure you can do better.
