Description

While not a watercolor favorite of mine, it is a mini-tribute to its resident, even in 2001 (maybe): Robin Williams. We stayed in the posh city
by San Franciso Bay for a few days, and I kept noticing this pristine, white church on a hilltop overlooking the city (village, really)...and, on our last day,
followed the road up the hillside covered in golden grass of some kind. I went for the low angle and added the ghost-like figures as an afterthought.
